Ali Nihat Gökyiğit, is one of the three founding partners of TEKFEN Holding Co. Inc. and principal of ANG Investments Holding Co. Inc., co-founder of TEMA (Turkish foundation of Combatting Soil Erosion, for Reforestation and the Protection of Natural Habitats ) and founder of ÇEDBİK (Green Building Council of Turkey)

Murat Gigin, is a lifelong TEKFEN employee, presently Chairman of the Board of TEKFEN Holding and the founding partner of VIEM Group Companies; major shareholder of TEKZEN Trade & Investments Co. Inc.

Muzaffer Ersin Altınordu, graduated from Middle East Technical University and worked 15 years at Tekfen Holding in managerial roles in general managamen, business development and finance. He later worked in Alarko Holding as coordinator in business development. He also served 2 years in audit comitte of Tüpraş. He serves as CFO at Zen Energy.

Executive Management

Hüseyin Başer, has graduated from Sakarya University Civil Engineering Department and hold a master degree in the same discipline from Yıldız Technical University. He worked in various construction companies as a civil engineer in Turkey and Russia. Since 2010 he works in photovoltaics sector, served as project manager in Form Energy before joining Zen Energy as PV Projects Manager.

Ferudun Bekrioğlu, graduated from Akdeniz University Business and Marketing Department in 1979, worked for İntes İnşaat San. ve Tic. A.Ş. at their headquarters & department of commerce for 6 years and as the manager of financial and administrative affairs at SNAS-İNTES J.V. Saudi Arabia projects for 5 years. Later worked for Tekfen - Impresit J.V. TAG motorway project as the manager of financial and administrative affairs for 9 years and after 2005, worked for Mavi Medya Ltd. Şti. as a partner, manager of financial and administrative affairs and Organization Coordinator. He serves as Manager Financial Affairs, at Zen Energy.

Süleyman Güler, served in many TEKFEN group of companies as a field administrator for over 25 years ​and serves as Regional director of Burdur and Isparta Projects and land development consultant.

Necla Karaosman, graduated from Anadolu University, Management, she serves as assistant to financial department at Zen Energy.

Alp Tolga Örken, graduated from İstanbul Technical University Physics Engineering  Department, he serves as Project Engineer at Zen Energy.

Ebru Saka, graduated from Anadolu University , she serves as accounting assistant at Zen Energy.

Semra Erbay Şimşek, graduated from Anadolu University Business Administration Department with a bachelor degree and Atatürk University Occupational Health and Safety Department with an associate degree. She serves as accounting assistant at Zen Energy.
